A few pink things!

Last weekend while visiting my Mum and Dad I took these photos of their hydrangas.

They didn't think they were going to bloom this year as the buds were very late. But they have and the heads on flowers are huge! Mum and Dad have been asked if they could keep the hydranga heads so they can be used in a wedding in the coming months.

Whenever I go into gift shops I'm always drawn to the pink corner. I love this display from one of our local gift outlets.

And this beautiful welcoming table at a Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

And a few pics of some pink flowers around our home. These cyclamens put on a good show last year by our back door.
And these verbena just keep on flowering!

Look at my previous post to find out how to make a very simple necklace / scarfe. Always good to add something new to the wardrobe!!

If you want to see more pinkness, make a cuppa and hop over to Beverly's Pink Saturday party

Hi Annette! Your flowers are beautiful. I'm an especially big fan of hydrangeas. Alas, mine will never make the Pink Saturday post-they're blue! Have a lovely weekend and thank you for sharing your gorgeous garden. Terri

Dearest Annette,

Your hydrangeas did surprise you with huge flowerheads and I love your verbenas as well. We do have them in our window boxes alongside the driveway's retainer wall. They come back each year and put on a show.

Have a great weekend!

Lots of love,

Mariette

Your flowers are gorgeous but I LOVE the quote I read on your sidebar: "If God decides to do something He will give it momentum, sometimes defying logic and the odds." So fitting right now...thank you!!

Annette, so nice to meet you! I am so glad you decided to follow me, I am following you back. Those hydrangeas are magnificent. So many pretty pinks. It is just a fun color isn't it. Have a great Pink Saturday. I just hope ours isn't going to be a white Saturday - with more snow.

I think your blooms are over the top beautiful. When we lived in GA, we had hydrangeas all over the yard, pink ones and deep blues. I loved those for drying and using in floral displays around the home. Sadly, they do not grow well in the desert, so I appreciate them when they are shared.
You have a very lovely blog and I am about to become you newest follower. Please visit me, it's nice to meet you.
Happy Pink Saturday, Char
